For support inquiries, email support@loudevpn.com, or message us on Telegram @loude_vpn or Instagram @loude_vpn.
When contacting us, please include:
- Your iOS or Android version
- Loude app version
- What you were doing when the issue happened
- Any error messages you received
02 Quick fixes
- VPN stuck on "Connecting": toggle Airplane Mode on/off, then try again.
- No internet after connecting: disconnect, wait 5 seconds, then connect again.
- Can't add VPN configuration: open iOS Settings → General → VPN & Device Management and confirm you allowed the VPN prompt.
- Captive Wi-Fi (hotel/airport): open your browser, complete the Wi-Fi login page, then connect Loude.
03 Premium & billing
Loude Premium subscriptions are sold exclusively through the Apple App Store and Google Play. We do not sell keys, accounts, or subscriptions on any third-party websites.
- Restore Purchase: open Loude → Premium → "Restore Purchase".
- Refunds: the app stores manage refunds. Request a refund from your Apple ID or Google account purchase history.
- Payment issues: if your card was declined, contact Apple or Google support — developer support has no access to your billing information.

If Loude isn't your fit, we also offer Happ via our Telegram bot @loude_plus_bot.
05 Reset Loude VPN profile
If Loude won't connect after updates, remove and re-add the VPN profile: iOS Settings → General → VPN & Device Management → remove the Loude profile, then open Loude and connect again.
