01 Who we are
Loude is a VPN application designed to provide an extra layer of privacy and security for your internet traffic on Apple and Android devices.
02 What data we collect
- Device identifiers to provision VPN access and prevent abuse.
- Subscription and key information to manage Premium access.
- Usage analytics to improve stability and UX.
We do not collect the contents of your VPN traffic (websites, DNS queries, messages or files).
03 How we use data
- To provide and maintain the VPN service.
- To detect fraud and prevent abuse of free plans.
- To analyze app performance and improve Loude.
04 No advertising tracking
We do not use your data for targeted advertising and do not share it with data brokers for cross-app tracking.
05 Third-party services
Loude may use trusted providers for analytics, payments and VPN infrastructure under data protection agreements.
06 Data retention
We retain account and subscription data for as long as your access is active and for a reasonable period afterwards as required for security, accounting and legal reasons.
07 Store purchases only
Loude subscriptions are sold exclusively through the Apple App Store and Google Play. We do not sell subscriptions outside of the app stores.
08 Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data. Contact support@loudevpn.com.
