When contacting us, please include:

  • Your iOS version
  • Loude app version
  • What you were doing when the issue happened
  • Any error messages you received

We typically respond within 24–48 hours.

Quick fixes

  • VPN stuck on “Connecting”: toggle Airplane Mode on/off, then try again.
  • No internet after connecting: disconnect, wait 5 seconds, then connect again.
  • Can’t add VPN configuration: open iOS Settings → General → VPN & Device Management and confirm you allowed the VPN prompt.
  • Captive Wi‑Fi (hotel/airport): open Safari, complete the Wi‑Fi login page, then connect Loude.

Premium & billing

Loude Premium subscriptions are sold exclusively through Apple’s App Store on iOS. We do not sell keys, accounts, or subscriptions on any third‑party websites.

  • Restore Purchase: open Loude → Premium → “Restore Purchase”.
  • Refunds: Apple manages refunds. Request a refund directly from your Apple ID purchase history.
  • Payment issues: If your card was declined, please contact Apple Support, as developer support does not have access to your billing information.

Reset Loude VPN profile

If Loude won’t connect after updates, remove and re-add the VPN profile: iOS Settings → General → VPN & Device Management → remove Loude profile, then open Loude and connect again.
