The agreement between you and Loude — what the service is, how to use it fairly, and how billing works.

01 Acceptance of terms
By downloading or using Loude, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
02 Service description
Loude provides a virtual private network (VPN) service that encrypts your internet traffic and routes it through remote servers. Loude does not provide media content or third-party services.
03 Fair use
You agree not to use Loude for illegal activities, including distributing malware, infringing intellectual property rights, or attempting unauthorized access to systems or data.
04 Free and Premium plans
Loude offers a free daily data allowance and optional Premium subscriptions with extended limits. Details and prices are shown in the app stores and may change over time.
05 Subscriptions and billing
Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Payments, renewals, and refunds are managed by the stores in accordance with their terms and policies.
06 Disclaimer of warranties
Loude is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
07 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loude and its owners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
08 Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated in the app or on our website. Continued use of Loude after changes means you accept the new Terms.
09 Store purchases only
Loude subscriptions are sold exclusively through the Apple App Store and Google Play. We do not sell subscriptions outside of the app stores. All purchases, billing, and refunds are handled by the stores under their policies.
10 End User License Agreement (EULA)
Loude VPN is licensed, not sold, to you. On iOS, your license is subject to the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). By using the App, you agree to the conditions outlined in the Apple Standard EULA.
