By downloading or using Loude, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
2. Service description
Loude provides a virtual private network (VPN) service that encrypts your internet traffic and routes it through remote servers. Loude does not provide any media content or third‑party services.
3. Fair use
You agree not to use Loude for any illegal activities, including but not limited to distributing malware, infringing intellectual property rights or attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
4. Free and Premium plans
Loude offers a free daily data allowance and optional Premium subscriptions with extended limits. Details and prices are shown in the App Store and may change over time.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple’s App Store. Payments, renewals and refunds are managed by Apple in accordance with App Store terms and policies.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
Loude is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error‑free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loude and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated in the app or on our website. Continued use of Loude after changes means you accept the new Terms.
