When contacting us, please include:
- Your iOS version
- Loude app version
- What you were doing when the issue happened
- Any error messages you received
We typically respond within 24–48 hours.
Quick fixes
- VPN stuck on “Connecting”: toggle Airplane Mode on/off, then try again.
- No internet after connecting: disconnect, wait 5 seconds, then connect again.
- Can’t add VPN configuration: open iOS Settings → General → VPN & Device Management and confirm you allowed the VPN prompt.
- Captive Wi‑Fi (hotel/airport): open Safari, complete the Wi‑Fi login page, then connect Loude.
Premium & billing
- Restore Purchase: open Loude → Premium → “Restore Purchase”.
- Refunds: Apple manages refunds. Request a refund from your Apple ID purchase history.
Keys (activation codes)
Activation keys are issued only directly by Loude (internal testing, support, limited promotions). They are not sold outside of Apple’s App Store. Regular users should use in-app purchases to upgrade to Premium.
- Key says “Invalid”: double-check the format and remove spaces.
- Key not working on a new phone: contact support and include purchase details.

Reset Loude VPN profile
If Loude won’t connect after updates, remove and re-add the VPN profile: iOS Settings → General → VPN & Device Management → remove Loude profile, then open Loude and connect again.
